Returns and Exchanges
We offer exchanges or credit notes for unsatisfactory products within 14 days of receiving your order. Returned products must be in new, unused condition, and in their original packaging. We reserve the right to return products to the buyer if they have been used. Orders can be cancelled or modified until they are dispatched. In case of damaged or faulty products, please contact us for a replacement or refund.

Rukkytex Empire Gift Vouchers can be purchased online at www.rukkytexempire.com or in-store at our physical location. Our e-vouchers are redeemable both online and in-store using a unique code and cannot be exchanged for cash. Online purchases are dispatched via email directly to the recipient with redemption instructions, without any additional processing fees. Additional details:
- Gift vouchers are valid for 5 years from the date of purchase and must be used within this period.
- Any unused balance can be carried forward for future purchases within the 5-year validity period.
- Gift vouchers may become void upon expiry or full utilisation of the amount.
Termination
