Online Returns Policy
Goods bought online can be returned for a refund provided they are returned in the same condition they were sold within 30 days of the date of purchase. You may return your item(s) directly to our store or you may return the item(s) by post, at your own cost. For our record purposes, kindly produce your email receipt or proof of purchase. You will be refunded within the next 20 to 28 business days to the account you have made your purchase from.

Click & Collect orders will be ready for collection on the same day or the following day. During busy times especially festive season, this may change.
We understand the busy lifestyles of our customers and this service allows you to shop online and collect your purchases at a time of your convenience, at no additional charge.
Due to space constraints at our modest shop, we kindly advise all our customers to collect your purchases within one week of purchase, at our local store on Unit 10, Brookfield Enterprise Centre, Rossfield Ave, Jobstown, Tallaght, Co. Dublin, D24 TP80, Ireland during opening hours. If you are unable to collect within the week, kindly notify us by phone or email as soon as possible to arrange a suitable collection
